Lost or Stolen Packages
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, please contact us immediately at support@echo-boomers.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Delivery Delays
echo-boomers.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Return Policy
We accept returns only for items with a manufacturing defect.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Return shipping cost of ₹99 will be applicable.
To initiate a return, please email support@echo-boomers.com with images and a description of the defect.
Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
